Sausage Bread Roll

Wonder Years Mummy matters recipe sausage Bread Roll

Preparation time: 30-min


  • Can Sausage
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • Bread
  • Half teaspoon of light soy sauce
  • Cooking oil


Step by Step Cooking Method

  • Trim the edge of the bread and use the bread roller pin to roll over the bread and make it flatten.
  • Put the sausage on the bread and roll it
  • Beat the egg in a shallow dish bowl and add in the half teaspoon of light soy sauce and mix well
  • Dip the rolled sausage bread in the egg mixture
  • Once the rolled sausage bread is coated with the egg mixture, put it the plate of bread crumbs and roll it so that it coated with the bread crumbs
  • Fill the pan with cooking hot approx. 300ml and use medium heat.
  • Use a chopstick to test the temperature of the oil. If the oil starts steadily bubbling, then the oil is hot enough for frying
  • Put in the sausage gently one after another
  • Place the kitchen paper towel on the plate
  • Once when you see the colour of the bread crumb gets golden brown, scoop up the sausage bread roll and put it on the plate with the kitchen paper towel to absorb the excess oil
  • Transfer the sausage bread roll in a new plate and serve
