Stir fried French bean with Beancurd and Shimeji Mushroom

easy recipe French bean with beancurd and shimeji mushroom


Preparation & Cooking Time: 45 mins



  • 1 pc of beancurd (clean and cut)
  • French bean (wash and cut)
  • 1 pk Shimeji mushroom (soak and cut)
  • 5 cloves garlic (chop)
  • Oyster sauce
  • Seasoning powder
  • Light soy sauce
  • Mirin
  • Cooking oil


Step by Step Cooking Method

  • Add 1 tbsp cooking oil on the heated skillet. Add in the cut beancurd and pan-fried until golden and set aside
  • Sautee the chopped garlic and add in the french bean and stir fry until 80% cooked, put in the Shimeji mushroom and stir fry
  • Season with 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp seasoning powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin and mix well
  • Add in the fried beancurd and mix well
  • Ready to serve
