Stir fried Celery with Shimeji Mushroom

easy recipe stir fried celery and shimeji mushroom


Preparation and Cooking Time: 45 mins



  • 4 stalks Celery (wash and cut)
  • 1 pk Shimeji mushroom (soak & cut)
  • Carrot (wash and shed)
  • 4 cloves garlic (chop)
  • Oyster sauce
  • Seasoning powder
  • Mirin
  • Cooking oil
  • Light soy sauce


Step by Step Cooking Method

  • Heat up the skillet with 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Sautee the chopped garlic and add in the carrot and celery and stir fry
  • Put in the Shimeji mushroom after the carrot and celery is 80% cooked and have a quick stir
  • Add in 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp seasoning powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp mirin and mix well
  • Ready to serve
